great high protien salad

Its a taco salad type, but real freakin healthy and takes about 10 minutes to make total.

lean Ground turkeyburger
olive oil extra light (for cooking),
garlic powder,
onion powder,
any fat free taco seasoning mix,
spring mix (package of mixed greens),
Fat free cheese

Pore a touch of olive oil on a pan, sprinkle some garlic and onion powder on it, heat it on medium for 3 minutes.

Take a half package of ground turkeyburger and put it in the pan, break it up with a wooden spoon, and mix the taco seasoning in it. turn it up to medium high, and keep breaking it up.

mix up the greens with carrots, and put the ground turkeyburger on it. You could always put kidney beans over it too. And then some fat free cheese.

Great tasting, high protien, low fat.

great with lean beef as well
