Great, no UFC in Canada via cable

No Fox, no fueltv. No prelims or aftershow.

Um, I watched it on Rogers Sportsnet, and in HD too......just sayin'.

No, but the PPV was not available on Fox or Fuel either. We got everything free that the States got.

Yeah, the PPV was on Shaw PPV or whatever cable providers, and the prelims were on Sportsnet One.

“@ShowdownJoe: @conradforbis most of the new @ufc content in 2012 will be airing on Sportsnet” Phone Post

lol @ the PPV portion being on free tv.

Anyway, if you have cable in Canada you do have fox, and you have rogers sportsnet. The Fuel/FX events and shows will be on rogers sportsnet. The FOX events will be on FOX...

Canada gets it all.

The prelims were on Sportsnet One. At my friend's house, none of us knew about that. We looked for it on the two usual channels (regular Sportsnet and Spike) and it was on neither. It wasn't until an hour into the prelims that we saw them listed on Sportsnet One, which is a specialty channel that most people don't get, that my friend had on a free temporary trial.

Pretty much anyone who cares about sports gets sportsnet one. It comes in the regular HD package

1) I got the PPV.

2) I don't get sportsnet. I live in a rural area. Not sure what kind of dish I am going to get yet though.
