I want to start off by saying if you have an opportunity to bring Jeff Curran in for a seminar, definitely do it. The guy is amazing. I trained with him in Madison, WI at Mark Plavacan's on Saturday March 27th and the guy is incredible. For being a small guy he is very tight, and very technical. I thought his seminar was amazing and definitely improved my game. I rolled with him during my hour private lesson to prepare me for a fight in his show on June 26th and I definitely learned a great deal of things from him. I have been to many seminars, and I would definitely like to say he is one of the best(next to pedro sauer and dave menne). He is in my top 3 by far. I would recommand him to any school in the USA.
I want to thank Mark Plavacan for bringing Jeff in for the seminar. I would like to thank every Jiu-Jitsu member that attended the seminar and rolled with me. I learned a lot from everyone I rolled with. I also want to thank Jeff for taking time out to work with me on preparing me for my fight.
I want to also thank Bart and Adam Miller for working with me at Jeff's place in IL ON the 22nd and 23rd of March. I learned a lot from the both of them.
