American fans are actually pretty tame compared to the rest of the world 
I just think it is so repulsive when people just assume the boos came from just American in the crowd, or that the Japanese were emulating what they saw from American crowds. The Japanese are just too good for that. Never mind that their super number 1 org was Yakuza run. But it's still ok, they still have tentacle rape and vending machine panties.
I am a big fan of Japanese culture including their films, animation, music, and games. Thinking they are all perfect respectful and intelligent is just as dumb as thinking all Americans are swearing Ed Hardy wearing d-bags.
