UFC 189 forsure, I'm a little bummed that Matt Brown is technically not on the main card, cause then the card would have even less peer. We have fight of the evr on their with the Lawler vs. MacDonald fight. And the McGregor vs. Mendes fight, because it proved without a doubt that this guy was legit.
Oh and Thomas Almeida who I reckon is going to hold the title someday finish with a spectacular flying knee KO... and actually there were two flying knee KO's.

UFC 189 was the greatest mma event ever and we probably wont see anything like that all in one night as long as we live!

Surprised there's no love for 140. Only 3 decisions on the whole card and the back to back finishes of Big Nog and Machida were just brutal.
95 didn't look great on paper at the time, but it was nice too.
Pride GP?
The best card I've seen the UFC pit together on paper is UFC 198. That is why I'm flying down to Curitiba to see it live in 2 weeks.
Best one already held? PRIDE 33. but I'm biased because I was lucky enough to be at that one as well.
