actually Jeff would be cleaning up the streets of canada, we got a few people who like to litter, drag dead horses down yonge street in toronto on a sunday and pee in the city of guelph.

btw for those wonder what a singapore cane is, when the Sandman into the ring it was usually a kendo stick that they called a singapore cane. i think one is really a bamboo cane used for caning people in singapore, yes they still do that over there
