Saludos, cabrones!
Never been. How is it?
Cheers! I love south Texas. Fond memories.
Where is it?
Had a lot of fun as a kid going to south padre. We used to fish out there a few times a year.
Unfortunately, we lived much closer to Galveston. We called the water chocolate milk as kids. High silt content, so you have near zero visibility unless you go past the sandbars. Padre is much better.
On my way. Taking the scenic route. See you in 22 hours and 44 minutes.
Giant dongs all over that island i reckon
La bomba, expecially when Im here bae bae
True story:
It’s 1995 and a guy I went to school with would randomly yell, for no reason at all, “yeah Johnny, get him a body bag”. (Of course karate kid reference)
So it’s spring break 1995 and a large group of us rented condos at Saida Towers at SPI. This guy had a room on the top floor of one of the buildings. A couple other guys, unbeknownst to him, were tossing a football on a 12th floor balcony, random guy leans over the railing to catch it… balcony gives way and guy sadly plummets 12 stories to his death.
A large crowd now gathers as first responders give aid, again unbeknownst to my buddy… he walks out on his balcony and yells at the top of his lungs… “yeah Johnny get him a body bag!!” The crowd was not happy… Dude went into hiding for the rest of the week and it is a life long memory for me. SPI is great!
I went to South Padre for Spring Break during grad school.
“Padre on your Madre” was the favorite t-shirt of the year.
Legit belly laugh. I was there a few years before you. It was awesome.
Ok South Padre I am familiar with it was the Tarde that made me think Mexico
You need to get your shit together.
Pronto!
So did they get him a bag or what
That wasn’t cool of him to say that.
No, it was cool and I approve and would laugh. People die, sometimes and its usually grimm. Lighten the mood. Im high.
