Groin Pull

I really pulled my groin, hip flexors, and other lower-body muscles badly due to a freak Judo accident. When it happened, there was so much trauma internally that I vomited, had chills and dizziness. I thought I was gonna pass out from the pain! I could not walk for a week. For weeks now the entire area has been painful and tender. Since I could not see a doctor (no insurance), I basically tried to treat it with ice, anti-inflammatories, lots of painkillers, and later heat. About a month later, most of my mobility has returned, and I am not in constant pain anymore. But there is lots of weakness, especially in the lower abdominal/pubic bone area where lots of these muscles attach, and I still get this weird pulling sensation when I walk. Plus, my back is very strained because of the work it has had to do to keep my posture and walk. Should I be worried that some serious damage was done? What else can I do to try to make this better?
