GSP in a suit & tie

What was that for?

Trying to separate himself from the others at the conferences?

A statement about being a "professional/businessman"?

Something about appearing before a home audience, maybe with plans for subsequent career already?

'02ers who have just seen GSP in a suit for the first time, are gonna '02 and just see GSP in a suit for the first time.....

Or maybe it's just his style?

He wears suits pretty frequently.

professionalism? The same reason why the NBA made their players dress more classy instead of thuggish mayhaps?

He has been wearing suits to the arena prefight and to post fight pressers for a long time now whats your point? He likes to dress nice who cares.

He comes from a place where NHL, AND Junior Hockey players players wear the exact same attire, before and after games, and in fact is a REQUIREMENT. Must suck not being an ignorant Redneck. lol

Horrible thread OP Phone Post

dumb thread, op is an idiot.

I don't watch hockey, but that was the answer I was looking for.

Guess that was why he was late for the post-fight.
Just thought it looked silly with scars on his face.

Why make a thread on this now? He's been doing this since 04 or 05?!?! Phone Post

Exactly - boxers have been doing this for years.

Team Jackson guys do it as well. Rashad, Florian, GSP...

Believe it or not - in some part of the world if you are not in a gym - track pants, t-shirt, and sneakers is not what you should be wearing.

I miss the days when champions dressed like champions

not gym rats

Quebec is not that part.

Well - I live here - and can tell you that compared to other parts of North America - it is much more so.

Obviously not as much as in Europe.

He is a polished super star, and a company man.

People treat you better when you wear a suit. You should try it. Your parents may let you sit at the dinner table with them and people will not yell at you for not putting enough ketchup in the bag.

All the reason more to wear a suit.

Gatorade is a big-time sponsor. They have TV ads and massive billboards with GSP's face on it. They dont need him wearing a t-shirt.

Shit small time sponsors, like the "Tire Barn" only have the budget to have their athletes wear a t-shirt. They don't have frequnt TV ads or massive billboards.

lol @ the homos saying they wish fighters should wear suits

why the fuck would they? to please you faggots?

they get paid to wear those ugly shirts
if you got paid to wear a fuckin ugly promo t-shirt, you would be right there wearing the fucking ugly shirt. not a suit to pretend to be classy, you fucking losers.

he should just come shirtless and tweak his nipples before each question and give a wink to the camera every now and then
