Does anyone find it slightly intriguing as to the possibility that GSP did not finish Koscheck on purpose.
If thats the case could you see him doing the same thing to Diaz? If there truly is a deep hatred of "bullies" buried deep in his psyche, i do not find it hard to believe that could be very well intending on trying o put an end to Diaz's career tonight.
Im not saying that is the case, but its something to consider
If he was the quiet kid that consistently got picked on as it has been portrayed in the past that he was, i dont find that sort of thinking far fetched

There are reasons why he doesn't finish but one of them is not because he wants to punish his opponent.
He just wants to win. Obsessed with end result, will sacrifice everything during the process to get to the end result of a win. Try for a finish on the feet, if it doesn't come quickly, resort to "getting the win". Try for a finish on the ground (see Hardy), if it doesn't come, resort to "getting the win". The rest is just noise, get the win no matter what.
If silencing the critics comes from getting a win a certain way, then so be it, but he will never risk things to silence critics. Win however he has to win, worry about the critics is secondary.
IDOHARM -He definitely prolonged the suffering of Koschek. He aimed for the same battered eye repeatedly and punched the fuck out of it for twenty five minutes.
But this time around, I think he'd like to silence his critics more then anything.
I see this being very possible
but i agree if you watch the koscheck fight there is no way he hit that same eye as many times as he did and not know that he was doing serious damage
Koscheck and his cornermen have stated it was the first or second big jab that broke the orbital, and then it was hit for another 24 mins to the point of koscheck fighting nearly blind
There's no way he purposely didn't finish Josh. There's nobody who would choose to stay in the cage for 25 minutes if they didn't have to.

I don't hate GSP; I see why he fights how he fights though.
The middle fingers of NickDiaz - He couldn't even finish Jake Shields in the standup. He won't finish Diaz on the ground or stand up
Its hard to finish a guy when he shoves half his finger into your eye ball.
