GSP to make announcement on JRE 5/23?

Does anyone know if he’s going on the pod with an agenda at all? Maybe he’s fighting one of the unbeaten Welterweights next. Till, Usman or Askren!

More likely he's been abducted and probed by little green men than fighting Usman.

Lol at Till or Usman. You're trolling is falling off.

Since GSP has no unavenged career losses it'd be nice to see him fight someone else undefeated

Maybe Georges makes a pit stop at Welterweight on the way down to 155 lbs?

Khabib is another great potential opponent. but Lightweight needs title defenses for now.

Has he said hes got an announcement or are you throwing it out as a possibility?

Return of the Mac?

The only two logical reasons for him going to 155 are to create the biggest money fight in mma v Conor, or to become the first triple champ.

Id prefer to see him slaughter Conor

There is a rumor going around Tristar where I trane. If it's true, cant wait to see who comes out of the woodwork around here LOL

Well that's a douchy title... Fyi he's been on the podcast before, without announcements as well!

He put a question mark at the end of the thread title.

Granted, it would have taken a slightly higher level of reading comprehension than pre-school to be able to figure out what that means but do try to keep up

He’s fighting BJ to da death

GSP has a very good agency. Any fight will be anounced mainstream like an atomic bomb (unless Ariel screws the pooch), JRE is not the right platform. You really think JRE would be the chosen platform for WME, UFC, Dana, GSP, Conor, Kahbib to announce a super fight..? lol

You guys remember what GSP was all about when he walked away from the sport? Which fighter had the most influence on the UFC doing a 180 on USADA level testing? Do you guys remember something started and then quietly went away? That died like wamma but it did set a course for something more tangible. WME buying out the Fertitas changed everything.

I am 100% sure GSP is no longer about money. He is all about legacy. There is one more itch this OCD obsesed frog has left to scratch. One more fight. A mature, well thought out and prepared fight. The one fight that will cement him as one of the most influential fighters in MMA history. It will not take place in the octagon and victory will not benefit him.

Anyways, obvious enough?

In terms of distribution in 2018, I’d argue that JRE could be a preferred platform for GSP to announce a fight. Based on what you’re saying he’s going to box Floyd Mayweather Jr

No way in hell he makes 155. No way.
