RIP Hughes

Nice.

Pretty similar in style and athleticism !

good training partner, but is he a good mimic for Hughes?

look what Akiyama did to Kang

"RIP Hughes"

is Hughes fighting the undertaker now?

Good for Hughes.....all of them have bad takedown defense....

Kang is a striker so I don't see much style commonality with Hughes. Maybe training with another high level guy has enough advantages as of itself.

Kang is far more than a striker.
His wrestling is top notch and his jiu jitsu is off the hook.
Every fighter has a bad night here and there. I for one would love to see Denis rematch Akiyama

Denis gets knocked out in God knows how many fights, and all the sudden he's shit?

In a sport that anyone can win with a puncher's chance, Denis Kang has done very well.

"He should be training with Rashad Evans or the olympic wrestlers he has up there."

He's probably training with these guys in conjunction with his normal cast.

GSP's no idiot and just showed up one of the game's best wrestlers at 170 lbs in Kos. I'm fairly certain he knows what he's doing.

Well here in TUF land winning EVERY SINGLE FIGHT in no matter how boring or lame a fashion is prized much higher then showing heart and excitement and losing every once in a while. Oh and please ignore the fact that in MMA it is just IMPOSSIBLE to not have a couple of losses.....

nice.

That's a great team.

Fantastic news, Kang has the drive to do that extra 5 or to lift that little extra.

XMAS keeps looking better!

If "up North" means in Montreal than he is probably training with the National Amateurs, like he did in his other camps.

your stupid if you think kang is only a striker.

He has been doing bjj since he was a teen and recieved his blackbelt from Marcus Soares who is one of carlson gracies first blackbelts and they don't call the encyclopedia of brazilian jiu jitsu for nothing
