There are so many systems for measuring IQ, each with it's own scoring method, that just saying 'an IQ of 98' is meaningless without saying which system is being used.
I would say he just isnt used to doing IQ tests.... you can do a few of them and because your tech gets better aparently you get smarter.... your IQ is very difficult to test...

That said, there's different kinds of IQ, according to a professor I talked to. You can score low on bookwork, but extraordinary on "kinetic" intelligence. GSP might not be as intelligent as Rich Franklin but he's a hell of a lot more athletic IMO.
actually i was told just the opposite, and IQ isnt based on ... book work... its more of a measure of your 'potential'
like the size of the 'gas tank' of your brain. just because you have a high IQ doesnt mean youll be smarter either as you may never 'fill your tank' to reach your potential so to speak. SO it doesnt matter how 'Smart' you are and you really shouldnt be able to increase your score... its not suppossed to work like that if its a REAL IQ test
I had 3 'real' IQ tests... 1 in high school (84), one in the army (94) and one in college (2003) two scored exactly the same and 1 was only 1 point different even tho they were 10 years apart. interesting thing is they were nothing alike either
because your going to ask 1st and 3rd were 132 and the middle one was 131.... thats high but doesnt mean shit as i didnt come even close to filling my 'brain gas tank' IMO lol
