I like Mauro's style. As for Gus, it's going to take a little time to get use to a beautiful woman commentating title fights. Very distracting IMO.
I like Mauro and Gus. For whatever reason it's trendy to shit on these guys but the reality is they do a nice job. The groupthink on the UG is ridiculous. Bill Goldberg, Guy Mezger, and Tito are legitly terrible though
I have always found Mauro a little too corny for his own good, but beleive him to be a good dude who seriously loves the sport. For him to be successful however, I think he really needs a solid partner to anchor the broadcast (and him). He doesnt have that in SF. I'd be very interested to see how he did with Rogan.
Gus just buzz kills the hell out of me. The music will be rockin'. Someone just got bingo'd. I'm drinking PBR's, and I'm excited. And then here comes Captain Bringdown to completely squash the excitement with his ultra relaxed and super boring post fight interview.
