Strong as hell, flexiable and really good athletes.

I have seen and read loads of stuff about their cindiioning over the net, but I'm yet to come across a structured training program.

Anyone know where I can find one?

They probably do a lot of tumbling and dancing around with ribbons

I trained as a gymnast myself for a short while, and i don't think there is much in the way of structured conditioning programs. Usually it involved doing various skill related exercises for about 90 mintues, followed by about 20 minutes of pretty bog standard bodyweight exercises. Dips, pull ups, press ups, supermans, V ups, etc.

Nothing works the abs like multiple standing back tucks...
