I was feeling good all day, but just before I started working out I felt that shift of anger or something coming on.
The only way I can describe it is that my workout intercpeted all that energy before it could take it's hold on me.
The result? Hard to explain. It's not the typical "I'm mad! I'm going channel this anger I'm storing up into my workout!!!! Fuuuuuuuuuuuck" It was more like "WTF is this?"
I had to cut my workout short because I knew I was pushing too hard. Today my body hurts badly
There's gotta be someone else out there that knows what I'm talking about.
