Had the most intense workout yesterday

I was feeling good all day, but just before I started working out I felt that shift of anger or something coming on.

 

The only way I can describe it is that my workout intercpeted all that energy before it could take it's hold on me.

 

The result? Hard to explain. It's not the typical "I'm mad! I'm going channel this anger I'm storing up into my workout!!!! Fuuuuuuuuuuuck" It was more like "WTF is this?"

 

I had to cut my workout short because I knew I was pushing too hard. Today my body hurts badly

 

There's gotta be someone else out there that knows what I'm talking about.

I had a bike ride like that the other day. It's about an hour sustained climb and I felt awesome through it. Powerful, fast, clean. I was pushing hard and riding fast but not out of control and not totally shooting my wad. I just felt great.

I can never figure out why days like this happen. I remember it happening in football once, I couldn't wind myself.

I love when those days happen. I go to train and just feel beastly. Then after my energy carries and I can lift and just don't want to stop. Then I come home and watch grandma midget tranny bestiality porn and blow a serious load. Sometimes I hit myself in the face. And I'm not even mad. Phone Post 3.0

Can definitely happen. I have had days where I couldn't wait to train and just dragged ass through the whole workout. Other days I spend hours dreading the thought, but hit PRs when rubber meets the road. Body-mind is a weird thing.
