Well, in the 5th week of Taku's intervals I hurt my rib, so I had to stop. I don't suppose there are any endurance exercises one can do with a hurt rib? Guess I'll have to start all over from the beginning with TAKU :(

Unfortunately you can't do anything with a popped rib. I popped a rib in a submission grappling match in May and it still hurts. I tore cartilage and cracked the rib also.
yup, happened to me in college. just relax for a while. you'll be good as new in no time.
