I am ignorant to how much he cuts, but he can either Keith Jardine himself at 205 or go down and have a real legitimate shot at the belt.
And on the side, Gustaffson would have nothing for Jon Jones right now. Hope they don't rush him.

Jones is champion. Rampage is #1 Contender. Tito, unfortunately has surpassed him. He's in no way a contender at 205. Gustaffson is a top prospect and he just demolished him. Hardly lose fight, drop weight. Gtfo out if yore gonna hate and not provide an opinion.

I don't, I admire Hammil and think he is a great fighter. His wrestling and improved striking could give people fits at 185.

its the people he trains with i think, he needs to move to a different camp and train with world class fighters, i dont think he can improve any more with the coaches he with now.

His striking has improved a lot.
I am a big fan of Matt Hammil, but I don't know how he will be able to become an elite fighter. His problem is that he is very slow, his foot work and especially his hand speed.

But not enough to support his fighting style against strikers. He doesn't use his td's nearly enough and his striking always loses out to decent strikers.

for example, he throws out the jab...and leaves it out there for about 3 years, then pulls it back in. i know hes not a striker but after 5plus fights you would think the coaches would have made him work on that
