HAPPY 234th!

I salute this thread.

Damn, this old Marine just stood up and saluted, too!  @ least part of him did, anyway.

Semper Fi and Happy Birthday to all my fellow Marines.

I have no idea - that pic was the first image to pop up in google when I searched "usmc birthday" for a pic to post...  :  )

BTW... WHICH DEVILDOG&U.S. HATING MOD DELETED THAT PIC?!?!?!  THOSE LADIES WERE COVERED (and it came up on a CLEAN google search)!  WHY DO YOU HATE OUR CORPS???

 one more try...

I may be English; but I still got a lot of respect for the marines (and, indeed, anyone who puts their lives on the line to protect others)

Happy Birthday, lads

partied with brit marines during joint ops exercises... left  face down on a beach in Norway and had to park a jeep over on me to cover me up during formation...  Cheers

See; always thinking of others!, thats the British way! ;-)

Semper Fi!! While in the USMC I had a similar experience with the Royal Marines. It started with doing shots while playing darts and ended with me sleeping in a ditch full of flood water in Diego Garcia. Good times...good times....

Happy Birthday, Semper Fi

The British Royal Marines I served w/were tough SOBs and definitely had their stuff together.  Nothing but respect, here.
