If its the same guy Im thinking it is, he works for the Atletic Commission and walks fighter to the cage now. Im sure he does other things too, but I see him all the time on tv with fighters

I didn't take it that he was pissed.  He was just pumped up that he was progressing to the finals, even though it was from from a forfeiture.

back when this fight went down, Duarte was known as a killer in brazil, a very fearsome fighter..Peretti signed him and i was all excited to see him fight and beat Tank down but instead he got crushed..so much for the brazilian hype machine..
