Has anyone here ordered from Jen Pulver's Driven Inc? If so, what kind of service did you get?
I placed an order almost three weeks ago and have heard nothing. I have sent two emails and left a voice message...nothing.
They did not bill me until four days ago, but still have not gotten back to me.
I have never had issues like this with other companies and am wondering if this is par for the course with them.
They have a very cool series called Unscarred that feature a "trial of life" and donates money to a charity associated with that problem. I like the shirt and the idea, but am less than thrilled with the customer service.
