He lost the first round he fought vs Koscheck then won the next 7. Lost the 1st to BJ, then won the next six. Hughes and Serra both stopped him in their first rounds, then he stopped Hughes twice in a total of 4 and Serra in 2. So my question is, has he ever lost a round in his career that was not a 1st round?

he didn't lose a round to Koscheck. 2 of the judges may have scored it for Koscheck, but we all know from rewatching it that is was a bad call.
