BMS, the worst show on tv but yeah I admit I would watch it when it was on after TUF, I dont seem to know why but I did.

I guess you can only watch so many good shows like Breaking Bad, GOT, Boardwalk Empire, Justified and Sons you have to mix in one terrible show on Spike like BMS.

 Makes me laugh.  Holy crap Boardwalk Empire finale! I'd like to add to the list: Dexter (still love that show, that finale was nuts too), and can't wait for the next seasons of Spartacus, GoT, and Eastbound & Down, and Shameless!  I actually havent watched Breaking Bad (heard good things about it) or Justified and Sons (never heard of it).  If those come on on Sundays the DVR is not taking anymore requests lol.
