I had the opportunity to spent the week at The Pit in SLO with John Hackleman. Great guy and great coach. He's put out a lot of great fighters with Liddell being the most notable. I learned a lot of new stuff to add to my game.
I'm excited to get back to Denver and finish up my camp with my head coach Marc Montoya at Factory X. Marc isn't as well known yet but I think within the next few years he will be. He has a great coaching style and is always looking to improve out team with new forms of training.
