Carlson Gracie Jr. will host a "world championship clinic" with the teams from Rey Diogo, BJJ Revolution, and New Breed at our school on Saturday the 23rd. There is no fee and Carlson is going to be teaching. There will be a BBQ to follow.

I was just out there for a day a few weeks ago and had no idea there were so many schools there. My brother in law just bought a house there so I am stoked to come vist and head to Oceanside in the am to surf and then train at night.
OR I could just get drunk at the wineries and gamble at the casino.
Plenty of really good schools in Oceanside as well

just went got back from team quest for an open mat session, and im dying to go back tuesday. i dont have much time out here to go to that many schools so im gonna make the best of it. the gym was crazy awesome and everyone there was super cool, i rolled with one guy there and he was a pretty good wrestler.
dan is in vegas with krystof, and sokoudjou is in japan for his fight in the super hulk tourney. the lady at the front desk said they should all be back tuesday.
