Have a great trip...haven't been there since early nineties, sure a lot has changed. Food is great there ,but alcohol is expensive.Beautiful beaches in Malaysia.

I am jealous,have fun.

Raffles bar. Birthplace of the singapore sling. Pricey but worth the experience. Phone Post

palau ubin was one of my fave spots in singapore.. it's a bit off the beaten path but so beautiful.. you rent bikes and ride all over the island. It was where I ended up surrounded by like 25 monkeys.. cool experience..

Sentosa Island is cool for a day trip.  Clarke Quay has some nice restaurants and bars/clubs, Zouk is also worth checking out if you like clubs.

The observation deck at the Top of the marina bay Sands Casino is awesome. Huge view and the whole thing is cantilevered. Get there early.
Same for Petronas towers in KL.
You can get free tickets to get to the observation deck in the am for 1st 500 people.
There is a bird sanctuary in KL that is really cool as well and some night markets that are neat to see. Try the doctor fish too on the main drag and definitely get a massage (legit, no back room happy ending stuff)

In Singapore there is the new gardens by the bay which is really spectacular if you like plants. Phone Post

Thanks for the input, the Sandres Casio looks cool, thanks for the heads up on the Petronas free tickets i will defo look into in advance. The Botanic garden looks pretty good as well.

Been a long time since I was there, but there was an outdoor food court called "Newton Circus"(sp) and it was full of fresh ethnic dishes including stingray with somba sauce.I think that is what the sauce was called, anyway I heard several years ago they modernized the food court a bit,may still be there.

Where bouts you staying in SG?

On Jalan Besar there's a little Hawker Centre with the best Thai food around. Cheap as fuck too. Thai green Curry and Pineapple fried rice are a must.

Ritz Apple Strudel at Bugis has some of the best apple strudel anywhere.

Little India hawker centre has some damn good Indian food, not 100% authentic but close enough.

Braised pig's intestine and chilli crab are a must.

When are you going, by the way?

Also seeif you can fin some One FC shirts for the OG brethren who want em (there's a thread on this).
