Recommend me a good supplement / diet for weight loss. This is what I've been doing with success but am bored and need change or I'm going to stop
Breakfast - yogurt and granola
Lunch all day food - cucumber or two tomatoes. Wrap with chicken lunch meat onion green peppers lettuce. Two oranges Apple
Supper - homemade soup or chicken with veggies or brown rice and veggies or smart pasta and veggies.
Download myfitnesspal. Eat a variety of minimally processed foods. Don't exceed calorie goals.
I use it. But I need to switch things up. Thinking about a whey protein shake during day rather than veggies
