I'm in the process of brutalising my heavy bag and the filling is starting to compact towards the middle/bottom.
This is leaving the top part a little saggy and lacking resistance from my explosive dome shots.
What do you guys use to keep your bag full?

Just stuff it with some of your McGregor posters. I'm sure you'll have plenty left
That's from the bag being hung in the air for a while and the filling or sand going to the bottom of the bag. Pretty sure that has nothing to do with justsaying your bag everyday. I don't have any advice my bag is like that but I just kick it still

Combined with my savage attacks the bag had no chance of remaining firm.

Had the same problem until I got a 120 lb everlast bag. I used to throw a lot of hard round kicks from both legs on the lower and mid areas that were compacted. Not really a solution but my shins are noticeably tougher.

You're right though the bottom half is ultra compact making it ideal for kicking.
Just annoys me when I'm smashing the 'head' region and it's all soft. I want to top it up and I'm seeking recommendations on material.
^Sorry, just checked, it's only 80lb!! Thought it was 70kg...
