Heavy Bag on I-Beam?

Anyone have experience with hanging a heavy bag from an I-beam? I am considering putting up a heavy bag (100 lb) in my basement using an I-beam attachment, but I'm worried using the bag will shake/loosen up the floorboards upstairs.

Here are some pictures of the beam:

It is a 3 1/4" flange and the bottom of the beam is 7'4" off the floor. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

It will cause cracks in upstairs doorframes, in my experience.

The issue isn't the beams but the wood connected/laying on the beams.
