Wanted to get some opinions on how to mount a heavybag and speedbag. I'm not sure which will be the best way to mount the two in my basement.
I'm looking at two options:
1.) Purchase a heavybag/speedbag combo stand. I was looking at this one cause I don't have that much money to spend:

2.) Get the heavbybag mount so I can hang it from the wooden beams in the basement and then buy the wall mount for the speed bag.
Hoping someone has either set up and can tell me the pro's and con's. I was leaning towards getting the stand but I'm afraid it will be all over the place while punching the bag.
