Hey Everybody in Canada,
Just wanted to drop in and say hello, miss everyone very much. Definately looking forward to a return home Dec 5th in Edmonton Alberta for the MFC and then Dec 6th and 7th for a Charity Seminar Weekend in London, Ontario alongside Babalu and Vitor Belfort.
Really excited about seeing all of my family and friends at Adrenaline Training Center (Team Tompkins) man that place is cool. We have all come so far. Can't wait to teach my first class there on Dec 8th.
Keep doing what you are all doing and represent Canada MMA in a positive way. Competition is great but MMA is fragile, we all need to work together....
