Hello Pals, first at all i must say i have the worst genetics in the world, i work out 6 days a week, MT and BJJ, 3 days each, so this week i didnt work out, didnt go to work either, it was a week vacation for the whole country (Venezuela), just on this week i got about 10 pounds, i just dont get it. I ate as usual and i dont drink beer.
Can you advise a cardio and weight lifting program for 6 days a week, to mainly loose weight.
Also what do you think of the kind of products like Hydroxicut or alikes? are they good? any related problems?

is it safe to assume that the usual amount that you're eating results in no weight loss?
well, if you stop working out 6 days a week, and you didn't even go to work, you were significantly less active and required a lot less calories than your 'usual' amount
i don't see why you're freaking out about it anyway
you're going back to work, and working out again, right?
then you should expect to lose that extra weight soon enough
