Help olde tjmitch customise his truck!

Going to do some work on my 2015 Tacoma TRD off Road double cab, and want the OG's input

Spinners.

Right now I have the stock 16 inch rims and P265/70R15 tires.

I will be replacing the rims, but not sure if I should go to 17 inch rims.

My understanding is I can go to 265/70/R17, or 265/75/16 without rubbing or modifications.

Which increases the ride height more?

SO go ahead and post some pics of sweet rims/tires I should consider.

Keep in mind I want to look cool as shit.

I also am looking to replace the lights - I am thinking these for the fog lights:

and these for the head lights: - http://www.lightwerkz.net/index.php/complete-retrofit-kits/universal-kit/bi-xenon-g5-r-parts-package.html

DO I need a light bar as well?

MAYBE!?!?

I also want to replace the grille with something that says Im a bad ass, but not a douche.

SO go ahead OG - show me some cool grilles.

Also, should I get a cold air intake? Or does it do nothing for HP just make the loud noises?

Same with the exhaust - worth it, or just makes it loud?

SCS Ray 10 wheels https://www.stealthcustomseries.com/products/ray10

BF Goodrich K02 tires ("KBRO2s")

I'll be doing something similar with my 2017 TRD Off-Road

I'd go with 16" rims personally, and with a modest lift, 285s

I don't really want to do s lift kit (yet)

truck nuts

Boost it you queer!

You ment you currently have a 16" tire, and not a 15" on a 16" rim?

275/70/17
The 275 is the overall width of the tire including the side profile.
The 70 is the percentage of side wall that makes up the width of the tire.
The other is the rim size,

Without increasing the ift and putting on a 1" larger rim, You'll need to decrease the width or profile to get the same overall combined height of the rim and tire.

This is assuming the same rim with on both old and new rims.

Not trying to be a smart ass but if you have P265/70R15 tires, you have 15 in wheels but that may have been a typo. A 2 in level would even it out and would fit a 275/70/17 tire, ki2 or Nitto Terra grappler would look good.

DON'T GET THE KO2'S ...... GET SOME RIDGEGRAPPLERS INSTEAD. THE KO2S ARE HAVING QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES.

ALSO GET A LONG TRAVEL KIT ON IT....DONT BE A PUSSY.....
