Help on cutting weight?

Hey guys, I was just looking for some tips on dropping about 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. I have my first amateur fight coming up at 170lbs. I'm about 181 as of this morning. My training partners think I'll be good, but just wondering what my diet should be like, if I should still be lifting weights, running, water intake, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Cardio in the morning & high rep workouts worked for me & of course a healthy diet
