I don't think it's taking a long time for g3cko to heal - I think he's going along pretty much as most people who've had this injury (as far as I've heard from people who've told me their experiences with it)
And if you're talking about me, I fully admit that my progress was slower because I refused to rest it in the beginning. I'm not sure what you mean about doing just site specific exercises??? If my previous post suggested just working on the area, that was not what I meant. I was just explaining some of the things that my trainer started me doing that required more range of motion with resistance, but those were not the only exercises we did during my sessions.
