Hey guys anyone here have asthma? I am 27 years old and I have had it
since I was like 9 or something like that. This last year has been real
bad for me I have been sick for the last 4 months. I am still doing BJJ
everyday but I swear one of these days I am going to not be able to
breathe and I am going to die. My diet is not as good as it could be and
I believe that may be one of the problems I am having. I am on lots of
meds but they just make me feel sick and dont do anything to help my
breathing. Any advice? Thanks!
