Help with Tabata order??

Buddy has a fight coming up and I going to run him through a tabata or two at my house. I have ran myself through it plenty of times as well as others but was looking into getting some insight on the most effective order?, Or does that even matter?. I want to tax the cardio without lactic acid getting in the way as much as possible. My buddy is a machine. The stations I use or have access to are as follows:

-Versaclimber

-Battle Ropes

-Pylo Box

-Jump Rope

-Treadmill W/incline

-Sledgehammer/Tire

-Burpees

-Sprint

-Pullup bar

Any advice is appreciated!

Honestly I like the order you layed them out in for it's potential PHA impact.

thx

Are you just referring to this as "Tabata" because of the work/rest ratio? I dont think most of those movements would be effective in a strict tabata protocol but they would make for solid interval training nonetheless. Your order there looks pretty good, only change I might suggest would be moving the sprints and pullups towards the start. Going to be hard to do those two effectively when you are totally gassed.

On a side note, why is it you want to limit the effects of lactic acid on your circuits?

Ya...work rest ratio of 20:10 x 7 thus I would have to axe 2 of the options. I guess I don't really need to limit the lactic acid effect but by staggering upper and lower body I was thinking I might get better results full body.
