Rogan is always talking about it on his podcast. He uses it in his shake everyday. There have been mixed reviews online about it. Has anyone here tried it? I was thinking of picking some up, but it's a little spendy @$49.99.

Absurdly expensive. That $50 could buy some steaks, fish, etc.
Honestly I think he's playing into the whole weed stuff. Like, " hey man, I drink hemp protein, I'm sticking it to man. Weed cures all bitches"

I decided to try the hempforce powder and the Bulletproof coffee. between the dolce and rogan endorsements and the fact that it's right in my Texas backyard, I figured what the hell?
First - The coffee is absolutely fantastic. I was prepared to be underwhelmed but damn that stuff tastes fantastic. I drank it black with just a bit of coconut oil. Wow.
Second - sadly, the hempforce powder tastes terrible. Something akin to pencil shavings. I tried it mixed with water, rice milk, and in a simple smoothie - not pleasant. I'm going to try and salvage the coin spent on it by burying small amounts in smoothies.
Summation - coffee is a winner; hempforce not so great.

Although I love Rogan and his podcast he is selling products as well and I'm an adult and understand this. Although I'm sure that hemp protein is good, a clean diet and exercise is far more important. They are supplements, they supplement and that is all. Fuck Kale shakes in the morning. I will go with Robb Wolf and do Bacon and Eggs with coffee.

Interesting to hear reviews.. Amazon has some up and there is some positive feedback.. I tend to think a balanced diet and water seem to be the best. By balanced, I'm referring more towards the paleo school of thought
