As MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) reported earlier today, White seems content to move forward on a St-Pierre (22-2 MMA, 16-2 UFC) vs. Anderson Silva (33-4 MMA, 16-0 UFC) super fight if GSP defends his title at UFC 154, which takes place Nov. 17 at Montreal's Bell Centre. St-Pierre meets Carlos Condit (28-5 MMA, 5-1 UFC) in the pay-per-view headliner.
With the uncertainty of those plans, White isn't sure if Hendricks-Kampmann is a true No. 1 contender's bout.
"I have no idea," he said. "I have no idea. We have to see how this thing plays out.
If Diaz gets the title shot it might be worse than Sonnen. Diaz who lost a #1 contender fight and coming off a suspension gets to jump in front of the true #1 contender (Winner of Kampmann/Hendricks)

Not even close. Diaz was on a long win streak in the division with a dominant win over a legend in BJ, the Condit fight was very close. Kampmann and Hendricks have some nice wins, but most Kampmann's most known fights are him being brutally finished and Hendricks claim to fame is a flash KO

You do know that Kampmann has only been finished 2 times in his 15 UFC fights. And for Hendricks beating Koscheck and Fitch (With a huge KO) in his last 2 fights are enough to get him attention and make him a top contender. And Diaz still lost close or not so he shouldn't be gifted a title shot like Sonnen without getting at least 1 fight vs a top contender (preferably a wrestler since to beat GSP he is going to have to work on his weakness)

A long win streak consisting of who exactly?
Inoue, Denny, Frank Shamrock, Smith, Zaromskis, Sakurai, Noons, Santos, Daley, Penn

That list is all you need to see. There's like two legit names on there (Daley, Penn) and Smith, Shamrock weren't even at 170. Meanwhile Kampmann has been doing real work at 170. Let Diaz fight someone like Ellenberger and let's see how that goes.
