You guys are acting like this is the first time a main event has been scrapped due to injury. Dana did not have to cancel the card but he did. I don't know why but he did, maybe he realized it was such a weak card or maybe he just wanted to blame it all on Jones because he was pissed, either way it is his fault.

Chael is the best businessman in the ufc imo.
1 finish in 11 ufc fights and he nearly talked himself into a 3rd title fight....in a division he hasnt won in for years....coming off a ko loss. Nothing but being a great businessman could put him in such a position.

None of this matters because Jones didn't take the fight. Why do we care about last minute matchmaking when the champ wouldn't even take the fight. If Sonnen is so outclassed, dispose of him quickly and lots of people still get paid and lots of people can still go on the trip they planned.
