This is part of journalism, reporters who write favorable stories get preferential access. There’s nothing wrong with that. Guys who write hit pieces have a hard time getting access to anyone/anything anymore. Lots of journalists find a balance but there’s nothing wrong with going down the route of preferential access… Plus this is sports journalism, it’s entertainment, relax.
