I am having a problem with one of my hips...it pops when i throw knees or headkicks. It also seems to pop out of place on the regular. I have been recieving chiropractic which only seems to put it in place until i roll again, when anyone goes double under stack pass. This is the 3rd time in two weeks it has done this to me. Anyone ever have a similar problem? What did/would you do? I have the biggest fight of my life coming up but i cant seem to stay healthy...
