is high intensity training an effective way to lose weight or is regular strength training and aerobic work preferred. I was thinking of doing Randy Couture's barbell complex workout three days a week and Taku's interval for another three days a week. Would this be effective for fat loss?
Yes. Yes, it would.
That would be a pretty brutal training week, but you would probably get in ridiculously good shape after doing it for a while.
