I wouldn't waste too much time thinking about it. The interviewer probably just collected the drool coming from Holyfield's mouth when he attempted to answer the question, scanned an image of it into a computer, then fed that into a word recognition program. It's just a fluke that "jab" was one of the words the computer converted the drool into. It could very easily have been "furry european jew".
BTW, incase nobody has picked up yet, I am one of the very few that seems to have noticed that Holy *may* be suffering a little as a result of blows to the head.
