I am a very broke guy, that does not have the funds to buy a real mat. I have an Idea! I am a carpet installer, so I can get my hands on some carpet pad real cheap. So If I take a 6x10 cut of 8 pound pad, and stack it 3 layers, its pretty comfortable. Then If I take duck tape (camo) and seal the whole top of the pad.. i think It could work.. What do you think?

i have a 16x18 puzzle mat. it is a little hard but if i double layer it it is perfect.
I've been using a carpet pad mat for years. I covered mine with a tarp
though.
