He pretty much ate his way to 155 and cuts very little weight to make 145. At 5'6 I don't think he will have any problems.

Throwin'Knuckles -Frankie was best at 155. He was the champ! Don't tell me he's BETTER at145!
If Aldo (one of the GOATs) wasn’t around, Frankie would have been the dominant FW champion. At LW, his best wins were over Sherk, Maynard and Penn x 2, but the only time he beat Penn without controversy (at LW), Penn was clearly not the same guy. He beat Bendo in their second fight, IMO, but he didn’t get the nod.
At that weight, he struggled with power and strength. Maynard almost took his head off twice and Bendo kept it close through size, strength, and power.
At FW, he went toe to toe with Aldo. He finished Swanson, Mendes, and Yair. He dominated Faber and Olivera. He’s been damn good there.
