How about some Lasagna? Yes in the Crock Pot.

1# ground sausage (I use spicy, If you can't find bulk you can empty sausage from it's case)
1/2# ground beef
1 medium white onion chopped
1 tsp sweet basil
2 tsp oregano
garlic to your taste
sea salt
pepper
crushed red pepper(optional)
3 cans italian tomato sauce 15oz
2 cups mozzarella
1 15oz container ricotta
1 cup grated parmasean
1 box uncooked lasagna

Brown the sausage, ground beef, onion, basil, oregano, garlic, sea salt, pepper and crushed red pepper in a large skillet.

add the tomato sauce

In a large bowl mix 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, the ricotta, and the parmasean.

Put about a 1/2 inch of sauce in the crock pot and add a layer of lasagna

Now a layer of cheese (1/2 of the cheese mixture)

I like to spread it with sauce, but if you like seeing white layers after it's cooked don't
