Because SF is the avenue that they get Showtime in the long run. Showtime is a premium cable channel so it is in a different category than Fox.

As of late, I agree. But when he first started calling pride events with bas he was more reserved and very good at his job. He was professional and interesting to listen to imo. Seems like someone at showtime told him to be more entertaining and he tool it way too far.

What I have a hard rapping my head around is idiots who think they are who decides what a commentators job is and how he should talk. Mauro has been at it for quite a long time now and he's pretty good at it. I think he knows his craft better then some internet flunky who has never commentated before since he''s been making a living at for around a decade or so. I doubt he is worried about a few douches on the internet who don't like his style.
