you have to upload the video to the internet somewhere that can host it for you and then have to link to it from here...

there should be some places on the internet that will host the video for free... anyone know of any???

once you have uploaded the video somewhere you link to it with the following command...

URL">

the URL above is the address that your vid is at...
don't forget the quotation marks... you need those too...

and call me up when you have a chance... i still wanna' hook up and give you what's left of your shirts... :)

I feel for you.
I haven't been able to post pics, videos, etc since the forum upgrade. I followed the instructions on the site, but it tells me to insert a disc (MS Office 2000... I think?) which I don't have. :(
