How do fighters time when they have to poop?

That eating question got me thinking about a question I had thought about before.

Do fighters plan on how much to eat and when to eat in order for them not to be constipated during a fight?

I mean if you eat a lot to get energy for the fight but feel fool or like u have to shit around fight time then that isn't good.

I know some fighters had supposedly shat themselves but most don't....So im guessing they takes shit before fights.

So does anybody know the answer?
